We always want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied, it is easy to make a return or exchange. Please see our return and exchange policies below for full details. Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with the original packaging and receipt. You can return items up to 90 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are often not refundable. Please remember we cannot accept returns without prior authorization through Customer Care.
